Ingredients and Equipment Needed:

* 5 Cups of flour

*3 Tablespoons of bread yeast

*3 Tablespoons of sugar

*1/2 Tablespoon of salt

*7 Tablespoons of butter

*One evaporated milk

*10 Tablespoons of water

*1 Egg

*1 Tin of sardine

*Egg and milk for glazing.

Procedures:

* In a clean bowl, Mix Your

milk and yeast together and leave aside for at least 15 minutes until it is foamy.

* Mix the flour, sugar and salt together and thoroughly in a bowl then add the whisked eggs. Mix it very well your hand. Then you add the melted butter and mix

*Add your yeast and milk and mix thorough until it becomes a dough.

* Place the dough on a floured surface so as not to stick on the surface. Sprinkle flour on the dough too.

* Knead your dough on the surface with your hands till it becomes soft.

*Return dough to the bowl and cover with a piece of cloth. Place bowl in the oven and let it stay there for 45 minutes ,then knead the dough again for few minutes and put back in the oven for another 30 minutes so that it will rise.

*Mash your sardine with spoon, after that put the mashed sardine and oil inside the dough and knead. Then place dough in bread pan coated with butter and evenly spread evenly in your pan.

*Put a white piece of cloth over the pan containing the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.

Preheat your oven at 280 degrees.

When oven is ready, place the pan in oven and bake for 45 minutes.

Dip your toothpick inside it,if it comes out clean,then it is done.

Serve with fried egg and tea.
